PEDCO has been a great partner to work with, and the incentives offered are a big reason why we’ve decided on opening up shop in Pueblo. It is obvious that they are committed to bringing industry into the community in a strategic way.
We are a wood truss manufacturing company who primarily focuses on multifamily projects. We do offer design and manufacturing for single-family and light commercial projects in the region as well. We already have a customer base in Colorado and look forward to the chance to win more customers. Trussworks is a nationally recognized company with decades of experience leading the company. We have a solid presence in Texas with three truss plants currently in operation. This project investment was made possible through a collaborative economic incentives package offered by the City of Pueblo and PEDCO thanks to the half-cent sales tax, aimed at driving growth of primary jobs in our robust manufacturing sector.
Their investment is not only a vote of confidence in the Pueblo workforce, but also a testament to the strength of our primary job initiatives.
